CPQ Software for HubSpot

With CanvasLogic CPQ for HubSpot, every product configuration, price quote, and customer action is captured in one place, empowering your team to build deeper relationships and deliver personalized experiences at scale.

Benefits of Integrating CPQ and HubSpot.

Unified platform and data

Sales reps can manage the entire deal within HubSpot CPQ, from initial lead through quote to close, without juggling multiple systems. All configurator data (contacts, pricing, configurations) flows into HubSpot automatically, improving data accuracy and saving time.

Customer-centric selling

Every configuration choice and preference is visible to your team, enabling truly personalized follow-ups. When the customer is at the center of every interaction, it’s easier to align your whole organization around their needs. The result is higher customer satisfaction and a more tailored sales approach.

Faster sales cycles

An integrated CPQ automates quote generation and ensures pricing accuracy, which means deals move faster from interest to close. With less manual work and instant access to quoting data, sales cycles shorten and win rates improve.

Integrations with HubSpot Solutions.

Integration Features.

Real-time sync

All data flows instantly from the CanvasLogic configurator into HubSpot. The moment a customer completes an action – be it submitting their contact info or customizing a product – that information shows up in the platform without delay. This real-time synchronization ensures your team is always working with the latest intel, and no lead ever falls through the cracks due to delays.

Timeline activity logging with deep links

Every significant action a user takes in the visual configurator is automatically recorded as a detailed activity on the platform timeline. Beyond just text logs, each activity comes with a direct link back to the user’s saved configuration or PDF quote. With one click, a sales rep can open the exact 3D configuration the customer created and see it in full detail – color, options, accessories, and all.

Workflow-ready triggers

Because the CPQ events live in HubSpot, you can harness the platform’s powerful workflow engine on them. For example, you can set up an automatic task or email notification to a rep when a prospect saves a configuration or requests a quote. Got a hot lead designing a high-value item? The platform can notify your sales team in real time to follow up while the interest is hot.

How It Works.

Contact form and contact creation

The customer fills out a contact form, and based on this data, a new contact is created in HubSpot, or an existing contact is updated.

Interactive 3D configuration

Customers can configure products in an interactive 3D environment. When a customer performs a specific list of actions within the configurator, the corresponding activity for that contact is sent to HubSpot and displayed in a dedicated tab.

Activities and configuration link

The activity also stores a link to the configuration, allowing sales representatives to access the configurator and see what the customer has configured. For example, if a user clicks the “Save as PDF” button in the configurator, HubSpot records an activity like “Save as PDF” with the date/time and a link to the configuration saved in the PDF.

Why CanvasLogic HubSpot Configurator?

Proven results and happy customers

In a recent implementation, a CanvasLogic client saw a significant boost in qualified leads and 2 times faster deal closures after deploying our HubSpot integration. In the same case, the sales cycle shrank because reps came into each conversation prepared – they already knew the prospect’s desired configuration and didn’t waste time. This efficient journey from interest to purchase keeps both customers and sales teams happier.

Broad industry expertise

Whether it’s life sciences equipment, advanced manufacturing, electronics, home and interior solutions, retail kiosks, or ecommerce products, our flexible platform adapts to your catalog. This means we come to the table with a deep understanding of complex product needs in your industry. Our integration with HubSpot can handle the intricacies of any sector, ensuring that no matter what you sell, you can sell it better with visual CPQ + CRM.

Security and reliability

All customer and configuration data transmitted to HubSpot is encrypted in transit and stored under the platform’s secure infrastructure (which meets standards like SOC 2 Type II). Plus, your data remains your data – HubSpot and CanvasLogic only use it to serve your needs, never sharing or selling it. You can confidently leverage this integration knowing that privacy and security are built in by design.
